I made this image of the late Lucky Stepien back in December of 2007. I had originally thought that this was shot in the living room of my Mom's house, but upon looking at a close up of Lucky's eye, I noticed the backyard covered in snow. She must have been sitting by the back door (like she always did) looking for squirrels.
Until recently, I've kept my iPhone photography on a separate blog, but seeing as how I use my iPhone a lot and have been getting some really cool photographs out of it, I decided that I'll post them on this blog along my more "serious" work. I made this image yesterday in Toronto.
Here's a reworking of an image I made back in November of 2006. The horse in the foreground is "Payday Pleasure", the only gray horse at this particular stable. I miss, Pay. I think she moved.
As we took shelter from the crazy storm that came out of nowhere yesterday in Toronto, a kid decided that this was the perfect time to play.
This guy hung out with Marina and I for a bit while we chilled at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto.
On a side note, I'll be heading up north for the weekend, so I won't be posting any photos for a few days...except, of course, on Twitter, where I indulge in the photographic adventure that is Instagram. If you're not following me on Twitter yet, do it! Say "hi!".
I dunno...it just looks like he's about to get down on his knees and worship the being that's been dropping peanuts everywhere.
I got a call from my Mom the other day that a new chipmunk was hanging out in her backyard. I took a camera over yesterday, and made a series of shots that you'll see over the next few posts. His name is "Linehan", because he has a fur line on top of his head.
This is Lola's 8 month old chocolate lab brother, Molson. Another addition to my "profile" collection.
After driving home from London in a crazy storm yesterday, I pulled out my camera and tried to capture some lightning. Whaddaya think?
